Ingredients

5 oz. Plant based meat Or 5 oz. Diced jackfruit
- 1 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 0.5 cup Vegetable broth
- 4-5 pieces Lasagna noodles
- 1 oz. Spinach

1 (15 oz.) Vegan marinara sauce
- 4 tbsp Vegan cheese

A pinch of Oregano

To get started, you'll need:

From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Sear/Sauté’. Set the heat level to level 3.
Add a little oil to the pot and sauté the onion until it is translucent.
Add the garlic and sauté for another minute.
Add the plant-based meat or diced jackfruit and sauté for another 2-3 minutes, or until the meat is browned.
Add the vegetable broth, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together and let it come to a simmer.
Add the vegan marinara sauce and stir everything together.
Break the lasagna noodles in half and place them on top of the sauce, spreading them out so that they are submerged in the sauce.
Sprinkle the chopped spinach on top of the noodles.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Vegan Lasagna' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Remove the lid from the pressure cooker.
Carefully remove the lasagna from the pressure cooker and let it sit for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
