Ingredients

½ lbs Beef Tenderloin

2 your favorite root vegetables (such as carrots, parsnips, or turnips)
- 3 slices Ginger
- 1 Leek
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Red wine
- 1.5 tbsp Honey
- 1.5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Miso paste
- 1 cup Beef broth stock

Start by preparing your ingredients. Slice the beef tenderloin into 1-inch thick pieces and set aside. Peel and chop your root vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the leek and set aside.
From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Sear/Sauté’. Set the heat level to level 3.
Once the oil is hot, add the sliced ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the sliced beef to the pressure cooker and sear on all sides until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the sliced leek and root vegetables to the pressure cooker and stir to combine.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, red wine, honey, sugar, and miso paste. Pour this mixture over the beef and vegetables in the pressure cooker, then pour the beef broth.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Tender Beef' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
The beef should be tender and the vegetables should be cooked to your desired tenderness.
Serve the tender beef with the cooked vegetables and any desired sides, such as rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
