1 lbs Ground beef and pork
- 1 Onion
- 6 tbsp Bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp Milk

A pinch of Salt

A pinch of Black pepper

A pinch of Nutmeg

½ tsp Vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and pork, bread crumbs, milk, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4-6 large patties.
From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Sear/Sauté’. Set the heat level to level 3.
Heat the oil, then add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
Add the ketchup, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar to the pressure cooker, stir everything together.
Add the formed patties to the pressure cooker, spooning the sauce over the top of the patties.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Stewed Hamburg' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Attach lid (make sure the lid is sealed, and securely in place) and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully decended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confim that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Serve the stewed Hamburg with your choice of sides, such as mashed potatoes or rice.
