1 lbs Your favorite root vegetable (Potato, Radish, Lotus root etc.)
- 3-4 tbsp Water
To get started, all you will need is:

From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Steamed root veges' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Wash and chop your root vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Add the water to the inner pot, and place the steam rack into the pressure cooker.
Place the root veggies onto the steam rack.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Carefully open the pressure cooker and remove the steamed root vegetables using a pair of tongs.
Serve the steamed root vegetables immediately, garnished with your favorite herbs or spices. Enjoy!
