Moist, fluffy, and the perfect snack. This unique and delicious recipe utilizes the gentle heat of a slow cooker to create the perfect environment for a cake to steam and rise, resulting in a light and delicious dessert that is sure to please any sweet tooth.
Ingredients

7 tbsp Pastry flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 3 tbsp Sugar

5 tbsp Water (Or Milk / soy milk)
- 1 tsp Cooking oil
- 10-12 pieces Raisins

To get started, you'll need:

In a small mixing bowl, combine the pastry flour, baking soda, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Slowly add in the water (or milk/soy milk) and cooking oil, stirring constantly until a smooth and thick batter is formed.
Stir in the raisins into the batter.
Pour the batter into cup cake liners, making sure to not overfill.
Add 1 cup of water to the inner pot, and place steaming rack inside.
Assort cup cakes onto the steam rack.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Steamed Cake' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Carefully remove the cake pan from the pressure cooker and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
