- 6 tbsp Flour (pastry flour)
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Milk

Use 1 tsbp of butter to grease the inner pot, save the other tablespoon for later.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until they become pale and fluffy.
Add in the sugar and continue to beat until well combined.
Add in the butter and milk and mix until smooth.
Sift in the flour and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Add in a little vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the inner pot.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Sponge Cake' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Carefully remove the cake tin from the pressure cooker and allow it to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
