½ cup Plain pure soy milk (Unsweetened, soy solid content over 8%)

1 tsp Epsom salt (Food/drink grade)

To get started, you'll need:

Combine all ingredients into a foodgrade, sealable (zipable) bag. Ensure that there is no air in the bag before cooking.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Soymilk Tofu' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Add water to the inner pot. There should be enough water to completely submerge the ingredients.
Turn off the heat and allow the pressure cooker to cool down before opening the lid.
Once the mixture has cooled down, transfer it to a blender and blend until smooth.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Remove the tofu from the pressure cooker and serve as desired. Enjoy!
