- 1 cup Soy milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Water
To get started, you'll need:

From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Boil/ Hot Pot. Set the heat level to level 5
Place the diced pumpkin in the pressure cooker and add 1 cup of water.
Boil the pumpkin until it becomes soft
Using a blender or immersion blender, blend the pumpkin until it is smooth and creamy.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the soy milk and sugar.
Pour the egg mixture into the pressure cooker with the pumpkin and mix well.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Pumpkin Pudding' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Stir the pumpkin pudding to ensure it is fully cooked and smooth.
Serve the pumpkin pudding hot or cold, as desired. Enjoy!
