4 cup Water (Or 2 cups Water and 2 cups Milk)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt

From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Polenta/Grits' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
In a pressure cooker, add the polenta, water (or water and milk), butter, and salt. Stir to combine.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Open the pressure cooker and stir the polenta. If it is too thick, add a splash of water or milk to thin it out. If it is too thin, continue to cook it for a few more minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.
Serve the polenta hot, garnished with additional butter or cheese if desired. Enjoy!
