Pressure-cooked pho made with a delicious beef brisket

6 oz. Flat rice noodle
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 stalk Green onion

1 tsp Coriander seed

1 lbs Beef bone

0.5 lbs Beef brisket

To get started, you'll need
Directions
From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Sear/Satue’. Set the heat level to level 3.
Place the star anise, cloves, cinnamon stick, fennel seed, and coriander seed into the inner pot
Add the beef bone, beef brisket, water, ginger and onion into the inner pot
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Pho' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Remove the beef from the pot and set aside. Strain the rest of the contents through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl
Slice the beef into thin slices, and place back into the inner pot with the broth
From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Boil/Hot Pot’. Set the heat level to level 5
Bring the broth to a boil, and add in the fish sauce, sugar, and salt
Add the noodles, and boil until noodles are tender
Serve the soup with a green onion garnish. Enjoy!
