Made with steel cut oats, and your choice of sweeteners and fruits, this oatmeal is cooked to perfection in a pressure cooker, resulting in a healthy breakfast that is both filling and satisfying. Perfect for busy mornings or as a warm and comforting breakfast on a cold day!

To get started, you'll need:

From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Oatmeal' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Add the oats and water to the pressure cooker and stir to combine.
Add the cooking oil to the pressure cooker and stir to coat the oats.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Open the pressure cooker and stir the oatmeal. If it is too thick, add a splash of water or milk to reach the desired consistency.
Serve the oatmeal hot, topped with your favorite toppings such as fruit, nuts, or honey. Enjoy!
