0.5 cup Enoki mushroom
- 0.5 cup Shimeji mushroom
- 2 pieces Shiitake mushroom

1 Carrot

2 Garlic cloves

3 cups Vegetable broth
- 4 tbsp Cooking sake or White wine
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil

To get started, you'll need:

From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Mushroom Soup' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Wash and slice the Enoki, Shimeji, and Shiitake mushrooms. Peel and chop the carrot into small pieces.
Add the vegetables into the inner pot
Pour in the vegetable broth, cooking sake or white wine, soy sauce, sesame oil and a little salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Serve the soup hot, garnished with some chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!
