Ingredients

1-2 Salmon fillet
- 0.5 lbs Cabbage
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Green bell pepper

1 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1 tbsp Sugar
To get started, you'll need:

From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Sear/Sauté’. Set the heat level to level 3.
Cut all the veggies into bite-sized pieces, and place them into the inner pot with the butter
Place the salmon fillets in the pressure cooker.
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, miso, soy sauce, mirin, cooking sake, and sugar until well combined.
Pour the miso mixture over the salmon and vegetables in the pressure cooker.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Miso Salmon' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Serve the miso salmon and vegetables hot, garnished with additional miso if desired. Enjoy!
