Ingredients

1 cup Chicken broth
- 6 oz. Spaghetti
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Bok choy
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 cup Mushroom
- 2 tbsp Soysauce

2 Garlic cloves (grated)
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (chili sauce)
- 1 tbsp Grated ginger

1 tsp Sesame oil
To get started, you'll need:
Directions
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Lo Mein' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Place the spaghetti and chicken broth in the pressure cooker.
Add the carrot, bell pepper, bok choy, broccoli, and mushroom on top of the spaghetti.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, garlic, sugar, sriracha sauce, ginger, and sesame oil. Pour this mixture over the vegetables.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully decended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confim that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Stir the lo mein to combine the ingredients. Season to taste
Serve hot and enjoy!
