0.5 lbs Chicken thigh

- 2 Potatos
- 1 Carrot
- 4 stalk Broccoli

- 1 cup Milk
- 5 tbsp Heavy cream
- 4 tbsp Flour

From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Sear/Sauté’. Set the heat level to level 3.
Heat the butter, and add the diced onion and cook until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the diced chicken and cook until it is no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
Add the diced potatoes, carrot, and broccoli to the pressure cooker. Stir to combine.
Add the chicken broth, bay leaf, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Cream Stew' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
In a small bowl, mix together the milk and flour until smooth. Pour this mixture into the pressure cooker and stir to combine.
Add the heavy cream and stir to combine.
From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Boil/Hot Pot’. Set the heat level to level 4.
Bring the stew to a boil and then reduce the heat to level 2. Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Serve the stew hot and enjoy!
