This Beef Stew is a comforting and hearty dish that is sure to warm you up on a cold day. Tender cuts of beef are simmered with a medley of root vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, and onions in a rich and savory broth. This dish is a perfect comfort food for any occasion!
Ingredients

½ lbs Beef for stew
- 1 Onion
- 2 Potatos
- 1 Carrot
- 8 pieces White mushrooms
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Beef broth
- A little of Red wine

Salt to taste
- 1 Bay leaf
- 10 oz. Demi-glace sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Sear/Satue’. Set the heat level to level 3.
Heat the butter and add the beef and brown on all sides for about 5 minutes.
Add the onion, garlic, and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth, red wine and stir.
Add the potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, bay leaf, demi-glace sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and stir.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Beef Stew' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
