Ingredients

9 oz. Ramen noodle or spaghetti
- 1 Bok choy
- 1 stalk Green onion
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 3 Star anise
- 3 Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp Fennel seed
- 1 tsp Coriander seed
- 1 lbs Beef shank

1 Garlic clove

1 Ginger clove

1 Dried chili clove
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Sugar

From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Sear/Satue’. Set the heat level to level 3.
Place star ansie, garlic cloves, cinnamon sticks, fennel seed, and corriander into the pot. Roast for 3-4 minutes
Place the beef shank, water, garlic, ginger, dried chili, soy sauce, cooking sake, tomato paste and sugar into the inner pot
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Beef noddle soup' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid
Remove the beef shank from the pot, and set aside
Strain the broth through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl
Cut up the beef shank into thin slices, and place back into the pot along with the broth
From the main menu, select ‘Manual Cook’ and then choose ‘Boil/ Hot Pot’. Set the heat level to level 3
Bring to a boil, and add in the noodles, and bok choy
When the noodles become tender, remove pot from heat
Serve soup alongside chopped green onion and cilantro. Enjoy!
