Place the sweet potatoes, carrots, peas in oven-safe bowls and water to the bottom of the pressure cooker.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Baby Food' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
If desired, add a teaspoon of olive oil to the puree for added healthy fats.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Note: You can also add other fruits and vegetables of your choice to this recipe for added nutrition and variety. For example, you can add apple, mango or banana to make it more sweet or broccoli, cauliflower or zucchini to make it more healthy.
