1 lbs Pork rib block
- 1 stalk Leek
- 2 clove ginger
- 4 tbsp Cooking sake
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Water

Start by preparing the ingredients. Slice the leek thinly, mince the ginger, and mix the cooking sake, honey, soy sauce, and sugar together in a small bowl.
Place the pork ribs in the pressure cooker, and add the leek, ginger, and the sauce mixture on top. Pour the water over everything.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Asian Pork Ribs from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Attach lid (make sure the lid is sealed, and securely in place) and set the pressure release valve to 'SEAL' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, ensure that the float valve has fully descended, then turn the pressure release valve to 'VENT'. Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Remove the lid from the pressure cooker and remove the bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
