½ lbs Swordfish fillet

½ lbs Clams or your favorite shell fish

10 Cherry tomatos

10 Black olives

1 tsp Capers

½ cup Water

To get started, you'll need:

Start by seasoning the swordfish chunks with a little salt and pepper.
In a pressure cooker, add the swordfish, cherry tomatoes, black olives, capers, and water.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Acqua Pazza' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Carefully remove the fish and shellfish from the pot and divide it among 4 plates.
The tomatoes and olives will have broken down and created a flavorful broth in the pot. Ladle some of this broth over the fish and shellfish.
Serve immediately and enjoy your steamed Acqua Pazza!
