Parts Replacement Policy
If you have purchased an IRIS USA, Inc. product within the past 60 days and it was received in a damaged condition or with parts missing, please contact the place of purchase regarding a replacement or refund.
If you have purchased IRIS USA, Inc. product more than 60 days ago and have broken or lost a small component (buckle, glide, caster, latch, etc.) you may contact Customer Service. Please note that IRIS USA, Inc. does not replace or sell larger components such as drawers, frames, lids, and bodies.
Claims for defective product will not be considered beyond 6 months from the date of purchase. Additional support for claims (pictures, copy of receipt, return of product for evaluation) may be required.
